GetHuman-343678: After extremely poor service the first call, I made a call into the Solutions Department and did get a wonderful representative that took care of me and provided me with excellent customer service. His name is Victor, Agent **G. He deserves a raise!!!!! *Thank you Victor for your patience and getting me the most for less! There should be more of you providing customer service with respect, etc. I lucked out today!!!! Thank you again Victor!!! Best to you because you were so helpful I can't say enough!!!
