~cherarc: Comcast has very very very poor customer service. It's not the people so much as Comcast policies. I tried to find out what my total phone bill would be if I ordered it and was told it is Comcast's policy not to give out that information!! So there is NO WAY for a person to know what they would ACTUALLY pay for their phone each month until they have committed to a term contract and receive their first bill. THEN there is a early cancel fee if you don't like it!!! Comcast needs more competition so they don't operate like such a greedy mononopoly.

~cherarc: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cherarc: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cherarc: For that I would say one out of five.

~cherarc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
