GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Skyler hrabe: I waited through three chat sessions to discuss additional packages deals and each time the service agent closed the chat and a message was prompted it was complete. After my third attempt I was so appalled by the service I asked to speak with a supervisor. Yet again, when I was told I would be connected if I first explained my frustrations, the agent dropped the chat again and closed it out. I have screen shots and names of all of these conversations and I have to tell you this is by far the worst customer experience I have dealt with in a long time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Skyler hrabe: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Skyler hrabe: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Skyler hrabe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~Skyler hrabe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
