GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~borchinator: I was lured back to Comcast with a $***.** gift card offer to switch. It has been * months and I still don't have my card. When I call they tell me it is processing and to wait a week. On top of that the cable boxes don't work well, they freeze, the remotes don't work well and I have had to reset beach of the * boxes multiple times. I just received a replacement box in the mail and it doesn't work right out of the box. I just spent a half hour on the phone with "tech support" and now they are telling me I need to wait for a half hour to see if the box fixes itself. I am locked into a * year contract with them but as soon as I can get out I will. This is the worst cable company ever.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~borchinator: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~borchinator: For that I would say five out of five.

~borchinator: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
