~ejnx: My initial overall view of comcast was well finally a great company to do business with*but words like horrible inept customer interactive non existing the ultimate pretext false commercials every devious way hook customers without any concern for any follow or assistance I would not in anyway recommend this company as a company with the customer being the primary care service and courtesy*I have never been so totally frustrated and disappointed I would have liked to tell my experience with this company as a *st time customer but I am so angry now I am afraid I might say something I would regret later

~ejnx: For that I would say four out of five.
