~Luis Lozano: This is the worst cable company I ever dealt with, had to call * times to get thru and not hinged up on and use both phones mines and my wife's all to get my hd channels which I pay for and suddenly where no longer there only to be sent another box and still not have my hd channels, and worse loosing signal in my room and not having anyone been able to fix it right, in the end they want to send a technician and charge me extra to fix their mistake, wtf?.... I mean plug, unplug, turn off box, turn on box, whatbthe f is next jump up ant touch the ceiling? Give me my channels that I pay for or refund me and stop stealing from me!
