~Dissatisfied customer: After my flight was cancelled due to the NE storm, was on hold for ** mins and still did not get to speak to a person. Went to the airport and waited in line for *hours only to be booked in a wrong flight from the South instead of from NJ where I and the agent were, seriously????? Then I have to stand back in line to fix an agents mistake which cost me *days and still waiting for flight *days later. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH CONTINENTAL.
