GetHuman-326982: I am very disappointed in the service I received this weekend with Continental Airlines. I was scheduled to leave Harlingen, Texas on Friday afternoon. We arrived to the airport over one hour early for our flight and were told that our flight had been cancelled due to lack of flight staff. After waiting at the front desk for a while, we were told that we would be taking a taxi to the Brownsville airport, about ** minutes away, to make a flight there. We had plenty of time to make the flight. We were given a voucher for a cab ride and told that we were already checked in for the next flight, so all we had to do was check our bags once we got to Brownsville. The three of us and another woman who was in the same situation were taken outside and shown where a taxi would pick us up. The Continental Airlines ticket agent told us that a taxi came by every **-** minutes. After over ** minutes of waiting outside, we were finally picked up. The cab driver tried his best to get us to the
