~Hates Continental now: My flight was canceled. The new flights were two days later with too short a connection time. Waited on hold ** minutes & was disconnected. Tried this number, on hold for ** min, got agent. After I explained my problem, the agent suggested a better flight and put me on hold. Call was then disconnected. Did I mention I was calling from OVERSEAS both times.
