GetHuman-262818: The service repetitive on the paging service for Terminal A ******* AT *:** AM is the rudest, inconsiderate, person I have ever had to deal with. My mother's connecting flight to Charleston SC can cancelled due to staff issues, at ** years old, she stood for hours waiting to see if she could get on flight ****, and obviously did not make the flight, when I phones to see if she made the flight, the continental rep I dealt with previously was on break, the new rep. that took her place would not provide any help at all. Every time my family or friends or the company I work for fly's with continental into Newark, the flights are ALWAYS cancelled, it's to the point that my company Cummins, will not even use this air line, I will never use this airline again or will anyone I know, use this airline. You might want to have a few customer service refreshers courses for your employee's and maybe you can become a half way decent airline again!!!!!!!!!!!
