~LisaH: Unbelievably poor service. I called and waited an hour, only to have some rep pick up and then accidentally hit the wrong button in the middle of the discussion, putting me to the back of the queue again. Then they double charged me after I finally got in touch. I thought the communication between myself and the rep was clear, but I guess not. Never again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Continental Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Continental Airlines problem?
~LisaH: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LisaH: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Continental Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LisaH: For that I would say three out of five.
