~Ceil: I got a renewal notice in mid-November **** and I had subscribed in June **** so didn't know why I was getting renewal notice* however when I tried to call, the automated answering service messed up and wouldn't tell me what number to hit for anything but kept asking me to input a number. I pushed '*' and got a person right away and explained the problem and she took care of canceling my notice. Only the * stars because of the messed-up answering service.

~Ceil: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ceil: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Ceil: For that I would say three out of five.
