~norcal red: I was double billed and even though I made initial payment * months ago, I kept getting payment due notices. Seems if you sign up for auto-renewal they continue to ask for renewal through the USPS as well. I loved this site's tips and had a human on-line w*o waiting. Customer Service was excellent - hopefully efficient too.
