Background on ~KKA's case

GetHuman: ~KKA - can you tell our other Corel customers when your case took place?
~KKA: Yes I can. It was evening, on November 17th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Corel, and if so, how?
~KKA: I used the 877-582-6735 number I found for on the GetHuman Corel customer phone number page I was on: Corel Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Corel customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~KKA a list of common Corel problems)
~KKA: "Complaint" was why I was trying to call.

~KKA's review of Corel customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Corel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~KKA: Carolyn Monaghan is rude, talking over me every time I try to talk. She did not hear me, and made me angry over a simple issue that I did not need to be angry (delay in shipment). She blamed on the other vendor and denied that she was blaming the other vendor where the product was purchased from. THEN SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE!! I am a loyal WordPerfect customer since the days of XT, some ** years ago. I still use your product though everyone else in the world is using MS Word. With the kind of customer service you have, I feel it is time to migrate to MS Word. You guys need to get your act together. The order was late. I paid over $** for overnight delivery, and it was sent a week after I ordered. Then, the Serial number you provided was wrong, and I had to call back twice to get a serial number by e-mail. Such a hassle. DO YOU CARE AT ALL FOR YOUR CUSTOMER? VERY DISAPPOINTED.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Corel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Corel problem?
~KKA: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KKA: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Corel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KKA: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Corel customers?
~KKA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Corel to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~KKA taken from his Corel customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
