GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Corel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BlueFrustration: I have been trying to a resolve a problem involving Work Perfect X* Home and Student within the last * weeks. I purchased nearly $*** within the last * weeks and the problems I am having is an increasing frustration. I have purchased your products for several years. I will not recommend them to anyone due to your help structuring. The different groups contain nice people BUT I DO NOT GET AN ANSWER but am passed on to some else. I tried chat. I gave up so I purchased the Preminum Plan at $** a week ago BUT no one at Corel can tell how to reach the group associated with this plan. I am having a problem that makes me think that Word Perfect * was not a good choice. I need help now--my phone number in ***-***-****. You Help set-up does not assure a simple request can be help. If you are interested, I can send the Chat logs and another group's e-Mail.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Corel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Corel problem?
~BlueFrustration: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BlueFrustration: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Corel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BlueFrustration: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Corel customers?
~BlueFrustration: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Corel to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~BlueFrustration taken from his Corel customer service problem that occurred on November 6th, 2017.
