~Jacque1113: I understood in that it was clear what the recording was saying and information that was provided. however..... would have been most helpful to have had the chance to speack to someone since the option did not apply to my issue. I have a disk for the Corel Paint Shop Pro Photox* which came with an Olympus camera I just purchased on HSN . I was attempting to down load and in the process it ask me to enter a serial number. I of course would assume it would be that of the camera but it would not accept that number. sooo all I had was a question about this number and if this is incorrect what number it might be the program needed. You can see where this recording would not be helpful. So I am directed to call someone else*???? and a number not provided.

~Jacque1113: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Corel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jacque1113: For that I would say two out of five.

~Jacque1113: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Corel to know who you are.
