GetHuman-292608: I called several times and just punched buttons at random until I got a real person. I was elated until I discovered that the representative could not speak English well enough for me to understand easily. Then he ultimately told me (after much repetition until I could decipher his pronunciation) that the little storefront Cricket location down the street was their corporate headquarters. He was patient - I'll give him that. But the "service" is beyond useless.
