GetHuman-108062: I purchased a cricket phone from radio shack. I was told anytime within ** days the phone could be returned for a full cash refund. The phone was returned within two weeks and radio shack has been pulling my chain for over two months. The reason the phone was returned was for somewhere between no service and almost all calls being dropped or not completed. The music service did not work at all. I did not get what I paid for. I want a refund for the $** I paid for a month's service.
