~JESS: It took me forever to get to an actual person* once i reached a human, they barely spoke english* then once I explained my problem, they said THEY couldn't help me* I had to ask for a manager several times before being given one, and then had to proceed to speak to manager after manager before getting someone who could speak clearly AND help me. Finally they said they would send me a refund (I was overcharged by roughly ***$)....it's been a year and no refund has come. Since then I canceled my service, and have tried calling several times to ask about my refun, but have not been able to get through the automated system to speak to a real person again. NEVER use this service.
