GetHuman-carmenl: There's a so-called manager in our store in paragould,ar *****, phone *(***)***-****, who is extremely unprofessional with very little knowledge of what she's doing. On **-* I went in* cricket * purchase hotspot * my Android * our home computer. She added it * my phone, and along with my bill came * $**. She also said she was enrolling me in autopay * save me $**mo. Well this morning I get up * NO phone srvc. I called *** from my husband's phone and spoke with a Marvin who's help was impeccable! Not only had this MANAGER failed * chrg me correctly, causing me * incur a disconnect, I was never set up on autopay either! Every question we had * her regarding hotspot, she could not give a definitive answer * anything, her response was the same......"ur all set"...well no, I wasn't all set! Her name is Ashley D, printed on my receipt. I've heard several ppl complain about this Ashley D and MANAGER she is most definitely NOT! I explained * Marvin at *** the situation with this Ashley which he noted in computer. My name is Carmen Dillport and my phone * is ***-***-****. Plz look in* this. I should not have incurred a disconnect because of an inept employee!!
