GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-jodipwar: Hello, I feel it necessary to write corporate in regards to a recent complaint (*nd) from a certain customer(s) about my manager Darlene Franquez. I can tell you that I work along side Darlene a few days per week and what these customers are accusing her of is not only unfair but unfounded!!! Darlene is always professional and courteous to everyone who comes in our store. She is also one of the BEST managers I have worked with. She follows all company rules ***% and makes sure that we (employees) spend our time in the most effective way. Honestly, I believe there are just certain people in our world that really have nothing better to do with their own time than to "complain". Coming into a store to purchase coffee, gas, etc, dealing with a cashier for two minutes should NOT define the rest of someone's day. My opinion is that these accusations are hurtful and that said customers are continuing to come in the store and "complain" to a few of us cashiers. There is a simple solution for anyone who isn't happy with where they shop.... go elsewhere!!!! I feel that for the most part our customers come in and LEAVE happy each day. We have many "regulars" and I know while I am working - the atmosphere is that of a good one. We ALL try to be "team players" and treat each and everyone with courtesy and respect.
