~Linda H: I have been given the runaround to get a specialty med* they could not find the med order that was faxed* then get prerecorded info that I do notneed to do anything order has been received I called personally to see where it is at-need to get orders, need to verify insurance, was told I do not need a pre authorization and then receive a letter I am not eligible to receive mail order meds. All the while the customer service people had a uncaring tone and I have missed work because of this physical issue.

~Linda H: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Linda H: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Linda H: For that I would say three out of five.
