~transplantpatient: I have spent from August **-August ** to simply have the company admit they have a script for me, but they want to verify the doctor actually is my doctor. I told them I had a new doctor the first time I talked to them! Their "number on the old RX bottle" doesn't work on Saturday so after being on hold for over ** minutes I called and said I wanted "Customer Care" not "Check on Status of RX" then a person gave me the right "Saturday number" then after the run around and finally talking to a supervisor-I finally got them to let me get my rejection med filled in my local pharmacy. In the * times I have called over the past * days I didn't get the same story twice!

~transplantpatient: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~transplantpatient: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~transplantpatient: For that I would say one out of five.
