GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ditojeff: Got hung up on..finally got "corporate" told acct. had been resolved. They screwed with service anyway but would not shut it off until original amt. was paid!! No notes on acct. it was if we never called. As far as original contract...WHAT ORIGINAL CONTRACT?!!...made mistake and told them about complaint site...it no longer can be found. These complaints included: LIES customers were told..EXTRA FEES added after the fact..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE after the fact..NO ENGLAIS on part of customer service reps..HANG UPS from cust. service...U name it they were there and unfortunately we can qualify all of them...they never send us the same bill twice..but always want their money!! Apparently they have'nt up-dated their customer service hand-book because the LIES are getting to be OLD!!!!

GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ditojeff: For that I would say five out of five.

~ditojeff: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
