~angela: I have had this service for about * yrs. now and I'm about to give it up . I had the misfortune of referred several people and promise a $* dollar discount for each. Well only two enter the promotion code. Now each month my bill STILL doesn't reflect my supposed discount. I have to call and get the run around until some one takes the time to get it right. Now on April **,**** I spoke to a Robert and he got it right for that month. May *,**** Brat was new he at least tried to get it right. May *, **** around *:** or so I asked for a supervisor. I had the Misfortune to speak to a Justin, who was so rude and condescending. He was the worst customer service rep that I've encounter so far. Now this person just flat out LIE about the referrals that I had on my accounts. Nor was he willing to Look. And he hung up on me !!! I was not not rude to him just trying to understand why my discount was not taken off of my bill yet. The first referral was in Oct of Dec of ****. I told him Thanks Justin

~angela: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angela: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~angela: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
