~ozz: Make this simple! Dish has scammed everyone in the past that had HD TV out of there money claiming your geting HD.Thats billions of dollars! How? simple,the HD box they give you for there so called HD channels converts the signal in to HD like a blueray dvd player would.There was no HD channels the box made it turn to ****pix.How do i know? Its a no brainer,i got a HD box when i signed up before they had HD channels,canceled to basic sat but my tv keep showing **** instead of *** like my other tv on cable.So later on they added HD to the channels in tv guide so id go from HD channel to non HD channel same channel like say *** then you got ***HD couldnt tell the differents.Wifes like one looks better then other i am like ok so id hit info on lcd tv and at top it would show **** on any channel i put it on so i told dish.Well of course they gave me HD for life.But ive had * dish workers admit that i was right.So its simple and been dieing to finf a lawyer with balls to sue the **** out of

~ozz: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ozz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ozz: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~ozz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
