~faeriegrandma: The man responding was very nice but had quite an accent and spoe very rapidly, making it difficult to understand him. He did however talk me through the issue. I don't understand why we can't use Americans for these calls - it would go much faster and also, can't understand why in this day and age we cant just throw a switch instead of having to try to reach where the TV, Boxes, etc* are plugged in behind massive cabinets where we can't reach them. I'm ** and it's a bit much to ask. This is a problem that should be simple to solve.
