~cody: * minutes for an answer but ** minutes later we still didn't get to my issue. i called in because my keyboard was beeping with every keystroke, which doesn't happen every time i start it up but can't be stopped when it does. she was convinced it was because of the fan. this headache made worse with the language barrier. understood the supervisor better, who actually helped me (sending out technician) still not convinced a new keyboard is necessary but time will tell i guess...

~cody: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~cody: For that I would say five out of five.
