~BRod0823: I kept getting a record as if the person I was speaking to was live, but it wasn't. The recording was of a female named Christine and apparently she couldn't hear me on my phone. I hung up and tried again. I connected with same person and the same recording. Total horrible. **** of customer support? I think not.
