~PJ: DO NOT BUY TABLET FROM DELL. They have sent out TWO (*) tablets. Both are the wrong item. They can't deliver the right one so they think that the only correct solution is to return the items for refund. They don't get that an item was purchased and they SHOULD deliver it. I WAS ON PHONE ** MINUTES ONE DAY AND ** MINUTES THE SECOND TIME I TRIED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. FOR NOTHING

~PJ: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PJ: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dell - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PJ: For that I would say five out of five.

~PJ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dell - Tech Support to know who you are.
