~dellsucks: wait ** m. tech took ** of my time for a very simple question. Rude! Then wanted to charge me $*** so he could clean up my machine (which he admitted would not answer my question). I have used support before with some success and they have been nice. However today it was indeed HORRIBLE. Do not buy a DELL computer ever. I have their hold music memorized! NEVER EVER BUY A DELL. They really ****! Then they disconnected me. I promised a terrible review and here is
