~Formel Dell Customer: Dell has really fallen off the wagon in regards to customer service. I recently placed an order with Dell for my small business for two laptop computers.**Upon arrival, one of the laptops had visible scratches all over the plastic shell, and the AC adapter did not work with the unit. My IT guy pointed this out to me when I had him come out to install the computer on the server. **It took over an hour and a half on hold to even get transferred to the right department (transferred ** times on the first call, and call time was over two hours. The result was getting disconnected with the dell rep and having to start all over.)**My business currently runs on Dell computers and server. This experience has permanently scared my impression of this company and will affect any further purchase of their products.
