~ANNONYMOUS: I called with a simple problem: a charge that I wanted to take off automatic annual renewal. I spoke to * different people in India. When none of them could help me I asked to speak with someone in the U.S. He was helpful but couldnt resolve my problem and had to transfer my call to another dept. which was in India. She didnt know what to do and so she transferred my call and yet again. Before the call was picked up it was dropped. So ** minutes later and I still have the problem. I would never buy another Dell. The communication and assistance is simply rediculously horrible.

~ANNONYMOUS: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ANNONYMOUS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dell's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ANNONYMOUS: For that I would say one out of five.

~ANNONYMOUS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dell to know who you are.
