GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Denver Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Terri Glassman: Our paper has consistently been delivered late or simply not delivered. This is our third complaint. The canned speach from the customer service agent who was difficult to understand was " I will report this to a supervisor." Great. Thank you. Can we get a paper today? "I can't guarantee you will get the paper today but I will ask." Really? THis is what we pay $****year for? Hmmm....no wonder the paper industry is dying. We are canceling or subscription. Thanks for your stellar customer service!
