~mahe34: I called from Miami, Fl on ******** at **:**p.m., I spoke with Juan, and he treated me horrible, I was trying to explain him something about my case and he did not let me talk, he hung on me and say goodbye without let me talk, horrible customer service, he said that every time that I sent documents to children and families I have to call them because they are not going to process my documents if I don't call after I sent medical documents.Horrible
