~GavinCrapps: I've actually had a lot of bad customer service from ACCESS Florida Dept of Children & Families call center. First off, I want to state that everytime I speak with an agent they are ALWAYS rude. No matter who it is male or female, no matter what time of the day whether it be one of the first calls in the morning at *am till one of the last calls of the day. They are extremely rude! I don't know why. I am polite, professional, and courteous all the time. The last rep I spoke with regarding my account showed so much hostility towards me before I could even speak. He asked my name, I told him, then I went on to tell him what I was calling him about and he cut me off with hold on! Then silence as he's typing, then the next question, please verify your address, last * of social, etc and I did and more silence as he's typing. Then he asked what can I do for you? In a frustrated tone followed with a sigh. He cut me off many times as I began to speak. I tried to tolerate it just to keep the pe
