GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman21360: my FS card expired and new one was sent to old address.next they want a very old pin but give no clues. I went to local office as told to* local office says they do not help with that anymore. Card issuer is different company than DCF. And DCF site takes too long to respond so I can't even renew by deadline tonight for food and Medicaid..I am terminal and need my medicaid...
