~singlemominneed: Zero empathy for people who need services. The representatives who answer the phone forget that they have a job thanks to the people in need. The agent who answered the phone barely speak English, the accent is Muslim and it is difficult to understand.*Someone has made a mistake in my application and denied me for all services .*After explaining my situation the agent called me a liar when I told a date that is not what he has on the screen.*I asked him to call me a liar again and he just hung up on me.*My question is ... why do they have a recording saying " the call may be recorded and monitored " if employees can say and do whatever they want ??? Are the managers simply getting their salary by doing nothing ?? I am so frustrated !!
