~Anonymous: called to report change and get assistance for food stamps. finally got to a person after calling back to back numerous amount of times. The rep was very snappy and had a little attitude, i said i didn't appreciate it i understand he may be tired after a long day. And his reply was where did i come from that the workers were so nice and i said Connecticut. he said well you must of have heard about us on Facebook. i was soo shocked n said i cant believe you said that and said i would like to speak to your supervisor. he said i dont want to talk to you any more and hung up in my face. this state looks so beautiful. they system down here is so poor n lost. what happened to great customer service? if they dont like their jobs why do it? The superiors need to listen to call conversation everyday to make sure their employees are doing their job correct. so i called back had to wait another ** mins n asked can i speak to a superior n was told to give my name address and contact number and one
