GetHuman-229958: my father is ** years old and tryed to use his card and it was denied. he has set his pen number and thought it was activated but you automatied service does not let you find that out why it was denied and when we called it cut me off because i would have had to wait. that should be my choice! not the automated voice on the other end of the line.
