~T. Rainford: I called back to back all day and finally got an agent around *:**pm. She came online and put me back on hold without even asking my name or information. When she came back to the line and asked for my information she went silent for close to * minutes...I heard her typing and assumed that she was finishing notes on her previous call. I finally had to say "hello?" before she advised me that she needed to put me on hold again to read my case history. When she came back she started to tell me what she saw in my records never once asking me what my reason for calling was. When i gave her my reason she repeated the same information that she was reading previously....which had NOTHING to do with my question. Everytime i repeated my question she reiterated her job description and case notes. Since her listening*comprehension skills were clearly challenged... I asked for a supervisor. The agent told me she did not have one...I asked again and her response was that the department is ready to
