GetHuman-170867: After prior inability to get anything other than a repeated busy signal each and every time I called for over * days and my case was closed due to not conducting the required phone interview, I reapplied called the number was put on hold for over ** minutes before someone became available even though my estimated wait time was ** minutes. This phone number is a joke.
