~freudsmum: First I opened a case where they didn't read it and asked what ORDER NUMBER when it was about being charged twice for over a year membership fees. *Then have been kept waiting on live **** chat (not **** !!!!) over **mins on two different computers being told to " WAIT FOR A SECOND AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY!" - the '!' was theirs so they must know that there is NO SERVICE.*Saying **** live chat and then only providing certain hours must be illegal !!!*Has anyone reported this ???*I'm furious.........
