~Pissed at DTV: Less than ** minutes for the first person to answer. She cannot turn off my "free for * months of Starz*Encore" and put me on hold for someone else. She said it is still free for another month. *nd lady picked up after additional ** minutes wait and said it is off already. Other discussion was about how to retain me when I'm paying $****mo for Total Choice on two TVs. Not like I'm subscribing to a high end package. To lower my bill, she suggested I drop Total Choice so I'll lose a few sports channels if I don't watch those. That's about how it went.
