~Mary Parker: Michael, Emp. ********** out of Utah was so nice, calm, polite, personable and helpful. I truly enjoyed his helping me and felt he was a genuine caring person*employee. I hope you will recognize Michael for his presenting Direct T.V. in such a professional and friendly customer service representative. I have not been pleased with much of Direct T.V. since I started services but Michael is a shining star. I have no stress after speaking with him and he was very helpful. Thank you.
