~Angryandmad: land lord disconnected dish in july. we discovered this after we called for service because we were no getting a signal. Tech came and the landlord told him that the dish could go back up for ** days, the tech said he would report it. Dirrectv charged my account for $***.** in January **** for past due service and I had know service since end of July ****, when you call you get a diffrent answer and rep.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Angryandmad: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Angryandmad: For that I would say two out of five.
