~NeedMyMoney: I first called the ***-***-**** number. I had just taken a look at my account and it was flagged with "fraud suspicion" and told me to call asap. I did. For some reason, each time they asked me to enter one for English, they could not tell I was entering a number even though I was. Over and over. I tried to enter my card number when asked and it didn't think I entered anything. I then called this number. FINALLY a woman answered. She told me to call the first number and enter a * and an operator would come on. I told her AGAIN, that the phone system there was not getting my input. She rudely told me to call and that it would. I called. It didn't. I cannot access my money in my account. I cannot reach them. I am going to cancel this card.

~NeedMyMoney: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NeedMyMoney: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Direct Express's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NeedMyMoney: For that I would say three out of five.

~NeedMyMoney: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Direct Express to know who you are.
