~hr: my experience with Discount Tire was diametrically opposed to the review by rgv. In fact one site Consumer Reviews? had at very least ** complaints that were similar to my experience, which was horrible. I would suspect rgv is an employer of Discount Tires.

~hr: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
