GetHuman-371058: Your offer should be ** months because my balance transfer was completed Feb. **,****. I called today and was told my bill will be mailed out Mar. **,****-that is * weeks later. This entire debt must be cleared up by me on Aug.**,****!! If not my APR is an astounding **.**%. Is this your company policy to get extra money from your customers? Not a very happy customer right now-there is no other reason for such a long delay in mailing out that first bill. I would like a letter explaining your reasoning.
