GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-bdbarnes: Hello, almost * weeks ago I had a heated exchange when the sift manager working the cash register started verbally shouted because I asked the another near employee if she could assist the more than * people with an average of ten items ,majority if she could open another register ,the shift manager named Kay took offense & started yelling and screaming she was got this and everybody would have to wait & would not moderate her tone ,not one iota.Her name was Kay ,my *nd altercation was yesterday when a cashier name Leroy was incessant on putting my raw fish in the same bag as my soap and detergent and would not let me buy another bag to have them separately ,than he started yelling" take what u purchase the way i put it and or get out the store.He also would not stop screaming and yelling ,I left. I called to get both employees names to file a complaint ,when the shift manager and the Mexican female worker started giving me false information over the phone forcing me to go back to the store to verily amicably ,request get their workers name the shift manager named Tammy as well as the female Mexican worker ,started with under the breath snide remarks or harried comments and would not allow me to ask the offending employee names stating it was a in- store issue that would be address ,i felt she was brushing off the issues since she was directly beside him on the next cash register shift manager Tammy ,and she would not address the situation other than tuck her facially expression smiling and laughing .I was greatly insulted ,& I as well as the parties adjust for will not shopping at the convenient locale store to my home anymore at least * the situation is satisfactorily adjusted.& weekly i spend more than ***-*** bucks weekly to monthly at your franchise store,I was beyond greatly offended that I went outside and called the police to file a complaint ,just to get the employees name since the shift manager ran interference just looking at the name tags ,stating also that was her group, as i was leaving . I was beyond greatly insulted.
